The District Court Bureau is committed to the zealous defense of individuals charged with violation level offenses, infractions, misdemeanors, and pre-indictment felonies in the First District Court of Nassau County located at 99 Main Street, Hempstead, New York. District Court attorneys also represents “in-custody” individuals following their arrest at arraignments in Arraignment Part A, located in the First District Court, seven days a week.
